TOPUCU Is a program designed to provide tools and structure
to help us “do the things we don’t want to do, in order to become the
person we want to become”. The apostle Paul, in his letter to the Romans (7:15), lamented his inability to do the things he wanted to do. We all struggle to do the things we know we should be doing to grow in Christ. This program walks students through topics like habits, motivation, management of our thought life, and stewardship of our time. Through the building of a Personal Mission Statement, graduates can improve their odds of success in the areas of relationships and the stewardship of their time, treasures, and talents. Ultimately, if we are able to follow through on the things like prayer, worship, study, and community we will certainly experience growth in our Christian walk.

The second part of TOPUCU is the FINISHER Program. Here, we guide you through the process of taking an inventory of your life. We’ll break it down into sections like family, education, health, work and more. This activity leads to the creation of a Personal Mission Statement for your life. We’ll get to the core of who you are and help you lay out specific, positive statements about yourself that will keep you motivated and on track to being the best person you can be each day.

Then we identify specific and attainable SMART Goals for every area of your life. We teach you about four types of time-sensitive goals. These goals become the ultimate key to seeing true positive transformation.
